Where do we deliver?
Plastickart delivers your order right to your doorstep, anywhere in South India. States we currently deliver to are Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Puducherry. We will be gradually delivering to the other parts of the country. Due to logistical reasons, we do not deliver to locations outside India.

What are the delivery charges?
We do not charge for deliveries for order values of Rs. 750 and above. For orders values of below Rs. 750, we levy a delivery charge of Rs. 180 per order.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors
Product's availability per your order quantity.
The destination to which you want the order shipped to.

We try our best to deliver your order within 4-7 working days with the help of our logistics partner. Notwithstanding the above, there could be adverse circumstances that may delay delivery of the product/s from the estimated delivery time. Plastickart.com will address these situations on a “best effort” basis but is in no way liable to compensate you for any delay in this regard.

What if I need to return an item?
At Plastickart, we do not encourage returns/ exchanges of your purchases.

Does Plastickart deliver internationally?
As of now, Plastickart doesn't deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in South India.

How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'Account' section
Your orders will appear in the ‘Order History’ section.
